My Quick & Energizing Morning Home Workout

Being an entrepreneur who works primarily from home is amazing and has its perks. However, sometimes I find myself becoming so comfortable with my daily routine, that my health and wellness becomes a 2nd, 3rd, even 4th priority - without me even realizing it.

 

I've made it a point to get back in the swing of things. This includes having better eating habits, picking back up with intermittent fasting (which I love!), and working out or doing some sort of physical activity each day.

 

I know that I need to take baby steps to get back into my old routine so I'm starting out with this quick and pretty easy home workout that requires no equipment. I love this workout because it helps me to not make excuses for myself. I don't need a gym, I don't need weights, I don't even need cute workout clothes. I can just put my music on and get it done. This can be done anytime of day, but I find that when I get up early to work out, I'm so much more productive and alert throughout the day.
