Detox December: Day 7 Journal


I lost 4 pounds! Four whole pounds in a week. Simply by making a decision to stay committed to my Detox December goals. I believe that this weight loss comes from taking away the red meat and consistently taking my welllness products.


In case you needed a quick reminder, here is a list of personal commitments that I set for myself for Detox December:

  • Morning Prayer/Meditation

  • Reciting of Affirmations

  • 30-60 Minutes of Exercises

  • 30 Minutes of Reading/Personal Development

  • No Red Meat

  • No Soda

  • Limit Bread/Carbs

  • Limit Sugar

  • Limit Dairy

  • 1 Gallon of Water a Day

  • Consumption of Supplements and Wellness Products

  • Daily Journaling


I have been drink so much water and I am starting to see a noticeable difference in my skin. My skin is so clear and blemish free.





I was also sure to use my daily wellness products. I used:



I just started a new audiobook for my personal development - Atomic Habits by James Clear.
