Day 3 was rough ya’ll! i think I did way too much during my workout so I was exhausted on a good note, I slept AMAZINGLY!

I'm still fighting my cravings for soda and red meat but I stuck to the script. I had a couple salads and ate fruit throughout the day.
I caught up on a couple audiobooks for my personal development for Day 2. I listened to Believe Bigger by Marshawn Evans Daniels, and More Than Enough by Elaine Welteroth.
